Rabbits and grouse

Has anyone else been seeing a ton of rabbits in your area. They go through a cycle every ten yrs I guess. Maybe they are on the upswing along with the grouse!??? Saw lots of grouse during turkey season. Got close to this one.

The birds had a rough spring here with all the rain, they seem to be spotty in the southern part of the state.
