Now that the season is over, we need to start making room in the freezer for next year. What is your favorite recipe for venison? I like to take back strap and butterfly it and stuff it with green peppers and onions then tie it up and marinate in creamy Italian salad dressing over night then grill it.. GOOD STUFF!! Buck It

i like country fried minute steaks and gravy. i also take backstrap, cut it into 1in. thick pieces(like a piece of sausage), put spices/herbs on it, beat with a meat mallet, put into a small bread pan and cover completely with worcestershire, cover, bake at 350 for 45 min. you can use a bigger or smaller pan depending on how much you are cooking. cooking time may vary too. you shouldn't need a knife to cut it, just a fork. enjoy
Curiosity killed the cat, but I was a suspect for a while......

I like to marinade steaks using chopped onions, fresh garlic, Salt, Pepper, Worctershire sauce and Dijon mustard....I put it all in a zip-lock bag and mush it up a few times while refrigerating it for at least a day. The mixture will look like a yellow/brownish mess....but the flavor is great!!!
