ruger 22-250

who on here hunts with a 22-250? i shoot a ruger m77 mkII vt. some say too small for deer but they couldnt be more wrong. while its great for small game like fox and ghogs, it does its job on whitetails. i've shot fox and ghogs at 450+ and i took an 8 pt at 500 yds and he went down in 10.

i just bought a 22-250 hence the name and plan on mainly deer hunting with it ive alwaysed used a 243 and that did the job i can hit where i want so i figured i could go with a smaller round and i heard this cartrige shoots i just wanted a gun i could make better as a single shot isn't realy a platform you can improve to much i bought a remington 700 adl in a 22-250 from dicks sporting goods opening day is in 2 weeks so if i get one ill let you know at 75 yards i put a four shot group through the target easily covering it with a nickel
