San Diego County Hunting

I am new to the hunting scene. I was wondering if I can find someone to teach me how to hunt. I have never had a good teacher. I don't know where to go or what to do and I would like to get into hunting. I have a hunter's safety card and a deer tag for 2009/2010.

Hunted all of D-16,can not find a legal buck ,anyone any ideas,will hunt with partner,have D-16 tags ? For 2011
