What is a brain FART?

Postby carnivore » Wed Jul 20, 2005 4:17 pm

A brain Fart is when someone is talking on one subject and someone who has no clue what or who your talking about walks into the picture and blurts out something with out having an inkling of a clue of what the discussion is about and makes totally no sence what so ever!!!

Ky. is well on its way to some record Elk. Those killed last year that set state records were fantastic...

I remember when they started restocking elk in Kentucky. As I recall, there was an issue between Tennessee and Kentucky because Tennessee didn't list the elk as a protected species and therefore they were considered a feral animal with open seasons on them. You ever hear anything about that Doc? And if so, was it ever resolved? I think it would be great if Tennessee and Georgia would restock some elk. For that matter North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia could jump on the same bus. Imagine if there were an established herd of East Coast elk. They are an awesome animal to hunt. I have been to Colorado twice chasing those big boys. I can tell you first hand there is nothing like the sound of a bugling bull 100 yards away from you.

There are some high fence hunts for elk in areas of Tn. The TWRA has released some elk into East TN and are planning on releasing more this spring. They are in the process of trying to have a limited hunt in 2008 for elk in Tennessee. It will be the first hunt in 150 years for TN elk if it happens.

That's really cool. Now if georgia would just follow suit.
