Tecomate Seed

I have never done much with Tecomate. Anybody on here use it much. What kind of results did ya get. did the deer tend to like it. were you satisfied with it overall? any feedback would be awesome!

It doesnt matter what name is on the seed if you dont prep the soil properly. Do your part on getting the ground ready and it doesnt matter who bags it up, it will grow and hopefully attract the deer.
Curiosity killed the cat, but I was a suspect for a while......

I got ya. Yeah me and my buddy are the ones working on them. We plant grass for a living, haha so we have that part down pretty good. We just live in a dry climate and its difficult to get much to grow around here.

really no need to buy the high dollar stuff. just plant ladino white clover and a cereal grain and fertilize real good and that will do as good or better than the high dollar stuff

Yeah, we have several of those sent off to Virginia Tech now. Just waiting for the results..

I have had good results with whitetail clover and buck forage oats.How much acreage are you planting?

I've used tecomate before. we put in the monster mix. It did really well the deer loved it and it has done well for us. we have never had to do much mowing because our deer keep it down.
