The hardest thing I ever had to do!!

Postby bambeklr » Tue Sep 08, 2009 10:18 pm

Well today was one of the hardest days of my life. I hade to say goodbye to a good friend. The people came out in masses. There were over 100 different police agencies from as far as california. Thousands of law enforcement officers gathered for my friend Chad Spicers funeral. I will say that if there is ever one good thing that comes of this is that he went out with a bang. It was beutiful. I couldnt hold it all in. I tried but it was useless. He was a very distinguished officer. Loved what he did and loved the outdoors. I will forever miss him. He has paid the ultimate sacrifice to keep the public safe. He has left behind his 3 year old little girl. There was a trust fund started for donations to take care of her. I gave my friend a final salute and hey gave him last call and he went 10-7 for duration. I had to leave after that!!

Chad we love you and you will forever be in our hearts.

I offer my condolances too. He sounds like a great man that will be greatly missed.

I agree with NYB. I hope you good Ole boys make him pay for what he has done.
I feel the most sadness for his little girl that has lost a dad because of one criminals selfishness.

I just now noticed this post. I'm very sorry for your loss, and a loss to the public because of the service he provided and died for.
