Tree stands in WMAs

Does anyone know if it is legal to put up a tree stand in a WMA for the entire season or if it must be removed each day?

I've seen ladder stands put up and left for the season, but if you build anything out of wood like a tower the CPO's will tear it down. If you leave it out better lock it up so it doesn't grow legs.
