trigger question

got my first deer rifle: .300 wsm winchester ultra shadow stainless with bushnell elite 3200 scope. got it dailed in with only a few shots.
I find the trigger a bit stiff. How many of you modify the triggers? What does that consist of mechanically, and cost?
Can't wait to get in the swamp! Anyone live near south Louisiana?

I live i south La.About the trigger every rifle i have had a trigger job done.I have Browning rifles an dthe triggers are set on about 5.5lbs from the factory,I bring mine to a friend of mine and he puts a after market trigger kit in them and sets the trigger on 2.3lbs for me.It makes a world of differance.Ijust bought a browning 243.wssm.and he is doing a trigger job on it right now.anywhere from 80to 175 dollars.
