Moved you post from classifieds to the open forum where it belongs.

Nothing personal but IMO a large portion of the information in your post is at best mistruths and at worst lies.

That stamp was first approved by USPS for sale back in 2001 some months prior to 9/11 and none of the money from the stamp sales goes to any organizations, all the money from the sale of the stamps stays inside the USPS to fund mail delivery, shipping costs and pay employee wages.

Secondly, while its true that USPS sells the stamps the stamps are not put on letters at USPS stations by employees, they are only available to be sold to customers when requested so in truth you as a customer have to ask for that particular stamp in order to buy some.

Thirdly Obama had nothing to do with promoting the stamp, as I pointed out it has been issued first in 2001, years before Obama was President and it has been reissued every few years since that year when that stamps numbers drop to a point where more are needed for sales.

I'm no fan of Obama's but there are a ton of these type BS stories going around that are a mixture of lies and half truths and as a veteran they kind of make me sick.
