UTV/ATV USE IN PUBLIC WIHA iN KANSAS

Does anyone know if there are any WIHA in Kansas where disabled people are allowed to use ATV/UTV'S to deer hunt?

i dont but i will tell you that i use one and lots of times a deer will allow you to drive by and not move. The only one i have seen this year did just that. I stopped loaded and walked back deer had not moved. Anyway not my luck the atv vibration and bumps will ruin a scope. Thus i suggest you use open site riffle.
