Vehicle Parking

Postby jaredm » Mon Jan 04, 2010 12:57 am

I have a question that I was hoping someone could help me with. Next dear season. I was thinking of hiking in about 3 miles to a spot and camping there for a week or so, but I would have to leave my truck down on the main road. Since, there is no way I can get in on the trail and I've heard stories of people screwing with vehicles that are left unattended I'm not quite sure what to do. I could have someone drop me off and pick me up, but if something happens I don't want to be stuck there without a vehicle. Another thing I was thinking about doing was to back my truck into the bushes and camo'ing it. Please let me know what you think. Thanks, Jaredm

See if you can find someone nearby to leave it at,,,would be a better option than just leaving it on the road.
