Now that you've got them, what do you do with them?

I havent figured out what to call this yet, but its delicious none the less.

Cook 4 cups of white or brown rice as directed. Cut up 1 1/2 lbs of Venison into stew cubes. Season Venison cubes with Wild Game Seasoning (or however you generally like to spice your steaks) and plenty of Worcestershire sauce, and fry on medium heat in a large frying pan. Leave all juices in the pan and add rice, 1 can of drained corn, finely diced onion, finely chopped red or green bell peppers, 1 can drained kidney beans, 1 can of chopped tomatoes (with juice). Fry everything in pan on medium heat, and stir to avoid burning, for about 15 minutes or until the rice starts to brown a bit and the beans soften up a little. Serve

I eat mine with a bit of hot sauce and salsa on top. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I'd call it dinner time. Sounds good, I'll have to try it.
Keep the tradition alive, teach a kid how to hunt.
