I mix in A1 sauce, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, garlic powder, a dash of liquid smoke, a dash of onion powder, a dash of crushed red pepper or steak seasoning and then the kicker is the plain Planko brand bread crumbs. I mix it all together and then keep adding the bread crumbs to help hold the burgers together. Instead of using regular buns, use Kaiser rolls/buns. Butter one side and put it on the grill on low heat or on the top rack to crisp them up. This recipe left me with the best venison burgers my buddy and I ever had. Wife still wouldn't touch it...
