Venison Medallions

I took some round steaks and washed them off good and cut them into medallions. I put them in a zip lock with some vegetable oil and used the meat tenderizer to hammer them down a little. I took a cup of melted butter and added a 1/3 cup of A1 sauce, a few good squirts of Worcestershire sauce, and a dash of liquid smoke for the marinade. I soaked the medallions in the marinade for about 3 hours and then fired up the grill. I did 90 seconds on medium high on each side and they came out perfect. The crappy cell phone picture doesn't do it justice.
