So our fishing trip didnt go as planned. Our first day fishing we get out there and caught a 41 pounder 48inchees long.Seems like a good start than we realize we lost our electronics. No depth finder, fish, finder,or Gps.Normally this is no real big deal but the fog has set in and we cant see a hundred yds.As we were drifting around we luckily came across a marker we reconized and we kept drifting around it and not letting it out of our sight.Problem is its wasnt where the fish were.So once we seen that the fog wasnt lifting we wanted to try to go in up a narrow channel that we have only been out of a couple of times. Then we seen a comercial boat heading in and jumped behind.
The next day was still foggy and pretty snotty so we didnt fish and went to buy a hand held Gps.
The third day was really slow with a 36 inch 20 pounder.
The next couple of days were supposed to be really snotty and with the luck we were having we decided to call it a day short and head home.
Even though we didnt catch many fish we still had a pretty good time.At least my dad and i did.My little brother was pretty bored i think. He was awake for a few minutes though when he reeled in that 41 pounder . :D
