W. Kentucky hunting lease (Christian County)

I have approximately 2700 ac. to lease out for deer hunting in 2009. Christian county is a top 10 producing P&Y countie in the U.S.. This year we harvested 6 trophy bucks 130-150 class off of approximately 1400 ac. I have to travel 6 hours to get there myself. Lease are $15 per ac. consists of corn fields, soybean, crp (grasses, clover), hardwood ridges and bottoms. Property is generally 60/40 woods/field. You can search the web for more information on W. KY (christian county) for more information on the quality of the hunting.

propertys outlined in yellow are some of them, properties have crops on them our surrounding them. fields crp grasses (mowing picture), buck from august that we never got a good shot on. Hope this will help you[/url]

Thanks..... I will get together with the boys to discuss what we are going to do this year. We normally lease in Illinois but we are looking for some new stomping grounds.
Is this a year to year program or is there any long term opps? If this property can only be leased on a year to year basis, do you have any other properties?
