The farm joins Pennyrile State Park on the back joins a 50 acre lake in the back lots of woods and fields with food plots there will be winter wheat and Alfalfa sowed for cover crops in August and will be about 40acres of that and then when wheat is pick there will be soybeans planted ( currently planted)... its just the cream of the crop...
You will need to be serious about this because my last farm went really fast because of the location. I will need all money up front to hold the farm
