what to do to reverse deer repellent sagotage

I am almost positive my jealous hunting neighbor has put something like a deer repellent along our property line or in my food plots. I spent alot of time and work to produce a couple of plots that grew to be like a front yard in heaven. all the deer were coming to my property, and another neighbor saw this guy on my property acting very suspicious. Me and my boy went from seeing 10 to 30 head of deer a day, even in stong swirling wind to absolutley no deer since he was spotted on my property. Also the same day his Horses "Got loose" and were on my property, and ate in my patch, and crapped all in my plots. How do I reverse the affects of deer repellent, if it was put near me, and will horse manure repel deer. Someone with firm knowlege please respond ASAP as I have a couple days off and I have worked to hard to let the deer be stopped from one jealous guy who could have worked just as hard with better equipment in the first place.
