I just did a search and typed 'Winchester 70 XTR' in the search engine. It pulled up several websites about them. Some have 22"bbl and some had 24"bbl. Some came with detachable mags and some didnt. Just use your seach engine to your advantage and you can find what you are looking for.

sure whatcha wanting to kno? the model 70s are great shooting guns a little heavy in the recoil department because of the design but on the other hand that same design makes them very accurate

Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe that was the preferred sniper rifle of the US Army during the Vietnam War.

I have a mod 70 xtr and it is a great rifle. Actually i have 2, 1 in 270 and 1 in 300 win mag. Both are very accurate and excellent weapons.

The viet-nam snipers used rem mod 700's
