Out of the two, I would choose Remington.

Or Federal Premiums would be another to look at.

What kind do you have? A Marlin?

Buy a box of each and go to the range. Whichever brand groups better is the one you need to use. Rifles can be very finicky about which brands group better. I have a Remington m 700 that shoots Federal Premiums inside an inch at 100 yards, but it won't group worth a hoot if I'm using Remington ammunition. Then I have a Browning A-Bolt that groups Hornady ammo like you wouldn't believe but throw a premium in it and it's all over the place.

Winchester, much better quality than Remington. Last year using remington, 2 of the bullets misfired on me while zero'd in on a 10pointer, took it into the gunsmith. Was NOT my firing pin, just dud bullets..... WINCHESTER!!!
