my dad has hunted region m since 1980 and when i started hunting it from 1996-1998 we saw the number of deer seen each year decline. This year we went back after a few years off and only saw a handful of deer a day. anyone have any suggestions for public land thats been holding any deer.

thanks,
joker

find out whats goin on with the surrounding properties, as far as food source. Every property neighboring ours has started putting out the 55 gal feeders, where before we had the only bottom land fields that pulled the deer at night and they would travel back through our woods to the ridge tops at sunrise now it seems their feeding on all the properties and staying more to the woods and ridgetops where all the new feeders have been located .
