You IL hunters have a sick dude living in your state

Check out this guys website - its frickin disturbing :(

[url]http://sick.....

If you look at the photo page - you can clearly see his license plate - 1 MR GUNS from IL

I am a whitetail hunter from MD - if I knew a guy was going around killing deer like this in my state I'd want to run his arse over.

He is knocking off some gorgeous deer based on the short video clips and he has the gall to want to sell his videos too.
He is sick.

Here is a quote from his home page:
"Hi, Deer Commander here thanks for looking at my website and might I add not a website for the timid.

Just to let you know what I’m about and that’s running over deer, “on accident of course.” I hit 300 or so, but who’s counting. I didn’t start out being the Deer Commander until I made a special truck to take the hard hits that deer put on a vehicle.

My first truck was modified as I went along, but one late night excursion, I hit 3 deer at the same time and broke the frame right behind the cab. I drove it 22 miles home, and upon a full inspection it was finally totaled.

I knew I had to make a tougher, meaner, truck -- more lighting, more bracing, faster as well as stealthy, and numerous mechanical upgrades. At which time the Deer Slayer II was born. I stayed with what was working and that was a 1985 Dodge truck, except this time I gutted it down to the firewall and made my own dash to hold my video equipment. My rear view mirror was replaced with a stainless steal rough surface camera. I custom fit Mercury Cougar bucket seats in the tight cab."

Trying to find that buck of a lifetime is hard enough without aholes like this guy going around killing 300 deer.

Hope you guys can find a way to get this guy to stop.

That link is absolutely disturbing. This post will be modified.
IMO This has nothing to do with deer hunting

All due respect it has everything to do with deer hunting.
What is the impact this individual is having in the area where he lives on the deer population?
What about the waste of these beautiful animals? The meat, the racks?
How about the cruelty to animals that is being exhibited?
As hunters, conservation is one of our main goals is it not?
We need to protect the animals themselves and their environments for our future hunting pleasure.
I am sure his deer harvesting methods are not meeting current DNR regulations in IL.
Hunters need to police their own as well as anyone that interferes with our sport.
This guy is a contradiction to everything we stand for.
PETA loves this kind of stuff and would find out that he used to be a hunter, still is or something like that. We'll all get labeled as car driving killers of Bambi, etc.

Best,

Jim

We may need to police our own but posting his website to this forum is just giving this a-hole more publicity, which is exactly what he is looking for. There's no such thing as bad publicity and this joker is just looking for some traffic to his site.

Merlin
I understand your points.
However we don't want to give this knuckle head any credit for what he is doing.
We try to keep this site clean as we do have younger members.
I wouldn't want my kids viewing this.
Thanks for your understanding

Maybe someone should send a link to his site to the Illinois State Police and DNR. Im pretty sure this is illegal, and he can be tracked down even if that plate number is fake.

Yep, some hunters from that state should file a complaint with that states Fish and Game/DNR.

Maybe they could find out where the guy lives and see how many deer heads and stuff they have laying around without tags.

Postby myboyzrhunters » Tue Sep 22, 2009 8:42 am

hey kwack wacker,
thanks, i'll check up on this sh#t head, not sure if it's a real plate, most plate in IL don't start with a number, but i'll do my best...

i have 2 boyz highly in to hunting, but do to the "obomanation" we had to drop out of our hunt club... so we'll have to put hunting on the back burner for now until we find a farmer willing to let us fill the freezer :? we all know that almost a impossible task.
