We have just purchased 23 acres of land which borders Tuttle Creek Reservoir in Manhattan,Kansas. This land is extremely hilly with lots of great draws. Across the road, walking distance about 5 mins, is the Corps of Engineers Public Hunting land.

We have decided to allow a maximum of 3 hunters to hunt this year on our land. We are in the process of putting up trail cams and a live IP webcam today and will add the site for the live cam later, and any pics we might get!

We are asking $1500 per hunter for the 2011 season.
